Jurriaan Vroom MSc worked for Dutch multinationals Philips Electronics and Campina Dairy Products for almost twenty years, where he fulfilled senior management and advisory positions in Procurement, Production and Sales organizations throughout Europe and Asia, and where he led implementations of international shared services centres, distribution centres, and company-wide IT systems. During the last ten years he has worked for clients in the Electronics, Chemicals, Food, Pharma, Drinks, Wholesale, Retail, and Logistics business, as well as for the Dutch Government.  Dolf Hamming BSc has been in line management positions at InBev, KLM and Quaker Oats for over 20 years. Having been responsible for Purchasing, Supply Chain Management and Operations, change has always been on his agenda.
